Sarah Roth | California Divorce Coach

Hi, I’m Sarah

I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, who supports clients going through the process of divorce, helping them find their strengths and achieve their goals.

Supporting women through the stressful process of divorce is my passion

I guide moms going through the overwhelming process of divorce with clarity and support and help them begin their new chapter feeling empowered, strong and finding their happiness.

I help women move forward through the emotional rollercoaster of the divorce process and beyond to the other side where they find their true self and confidence in their next chapter.

I have been there

I understand the challenges of going through the stress of a divorce while raising young children and balancing a career. When I went through my divorce, I was anxious, lost, and felt like I had no idea what the future held. I could barely get through the day, let alone think about what was next on my long list of things to make decisions on. I was completely overwhelmed and filled with anxiety about the future for myself and my children. I felt like I was in a house of cards, just waiting for it all to topple down at any moment.

A divorce coach will support and guide you

When I went through my divorce, having someone at my side to lean on would have been of great benefit. Instead, I leaned mostly on friends and family and expensive attorneys which was burdensome to them, and to myself financially. I didn’t have a thinking partner, someone to help guide me and get me thinking about what was most important and where I wanted to go from here. My family and friends were all an amazing support to me, but none had gone through this and truly understood what I was going through. They did not have the tools or knowledge to help guide me and make decisions. My goal is to support you, to keep you focused on what is important, and to focus on how you will grow and evolve through this process.

LET'S CONNECT

There is no getting around it. Even when “amicable,” divorce is a challenging process to go through. I have experienced it personally, and it doesn’t just end when the papers are signed. When going through a difficult time, we could all use support and guidance as we go down a new, unknown path. As your divorce coach, my job is to help you overcome obstacles, gain confidence, and find your inner strength. My goal is to help you find your best self while going through life’s greatest challenges. Wouldn’t it be amazing to come out the other side feeling empowered, able to achieve your goals, and create a happy new chapter in your life?
